David Tucker
David K. Tucker, Esq. is the founder and Managing Partner of his Miami based law firm, which concentrates on the defense of white collar, complex and State criminal cases in Florida and throughout the United States. He has a roster of high-profile clients. He has a lengthy history of community service and has been involved in working in civil rights for the past 30 years. He is a member of the CARE COURT reentry program in Federal Court, has a sizeable drug and recovery practice where he represents individuals who seek recovery either pro bono and or for significantly reduced fees. He is the former recipient of the Dade County Bar Pro Bono Award. He has been involved with Transition Inc. for the past 8 years and served as President of our Board of Directors for the past three years.
